When to Apply
West Hills Christian School encourages families to begin the application process October 30th. The application must be completed and supplemental application forms downloaded, completed and submitted to be considered. A non-refundable fee of $75 must be submitted with each application.
How to Apply
The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our Online Application. We encourage families to apply online as it simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. The first step is to create an account through FACTS, our school management system.
Creating a Student Application (one per child)
Once you are logged into your newly created FACTS account, click the button to “Create a New Student Application”. After this is done, you will have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.
After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging into your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms, and if necessary reprint the supplemental forms.
